The Senior Superintendent is responsible for leading and coordinating mechanical construction projects, including new facility builds, expansions, renovations, and system upgrades. This role works closely with the project team, field personnel, and company leadership to ensure project success from planning through completion. The Senior Superintendent typically oversees multiple projects and may directly supervise one or more Superintendents across various job sites. Key responsibilities include developing project schedules, assigning tasks, managing field execution, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources. This role is critical in maintaining project quality, safety, and efficiency while fostering collaboration across all project stakeholders.
Salary Range for this role is $118-157k annually
