The Position

This role is a valuable part of our Customer Segment Strategy team, which is committed to maximizing patient access and delivering transformative therapies to those who need them most. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with key cross-functional stakeholders across Customer Engagement, Pricing, Access & Evidence Strategy, External Affairs, and Commercial Squads. Together, you will shape high-impact contracting and access solutions in a dynamic healthcare landscape.

  • Serve as a critical liaison between Customer Engagement Account Teams, Pricing, Contracting, and Distribution (PCD) leads, Legal, and Squad Business Partners to align strategy with Brand and Therapeutic Area priorities.
  • Navigate ambiguity to lead high-impact, cross-portfolio initiatives for emerging customer types, new segments, or therapeutic areas requiring innovative access approaches.
  • Provide analytical rigor, thought partnership, and negotiation strategies to account teams by anticipating customer needs, clarifying strategic rationale, and shaping customer-facing engagements.
  • Synthesize contract performance insights and key market trends (e.g., policy reform, industry shifts) to inform executive decision-making and influence broader product-level contracting strategies.
  • Partner with Customer Engagement leadership and cross-functional teams to upskill organizational market access knowledge and drive collaborative strategic account planning.
