Job summary

Ilocatum is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analyst to own $30 to $50 million in commodity spend and shape sourcing strategy for heavy mobile equipment. Located in Milwaukee, this role requires 5+ years in strategic sourcing, strong negotiation and cost-analysis skills, and comfort with 20–30% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing.
• Strong background sourcing heavy mobile equipment commodities (castings, fabricated metal, hydraulics, or drivetrain).
• Knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown analysis.
• Proven negotiation skills and understanding of cost structures and timelines.
• BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Open to 20%–30% travel.
• Must be local to Milwaukee; no relocation or visa sponsorship.

Must-Haves

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing


• Strong background sourcing heavy mobile equipment commodities such as castings, fabricated metal, hydraulics, or drivetrain


• Working knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown analysis


• Proven negotiation skills and a strong grasp of cost structures and timelines


• BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience


• Open to 20% to 30% travel


• Must be local to Milwaukee. No relocation or visa sponsorship available.
