Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Analyst to lead sourcing for new product development and current products within assigned commodities. You will develop and drive category and supplier strategies, collaborating with the Director of Sourcing, in a Milwaukee-area setting with strong growth opportunities.

The role emphasizes cost reduction, supplier relationship optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across Global and Regional teams for both existing and new products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing
• Exposure to castings, metal fabrication, hydraulics, drivetrains, engines, or plastics
• Knowledge of master supplier agreements and cost breakdown methods
• APICS certification would be a plus
• Open to 20%–30% travel

Responsibilities

• Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supplier relationships with deep sourcing expertise
• Manage $30–$50 million commodity spend and develop sourcing strategies
• Lead negotiations and execute master supplier agreements
• Analyze purchase volumes to drive supplier consolidation and cost reduction
• Lead supplier selection for Global and Regional strategies for current and new product development
• Mentor and train new Sourcing team members

What you will be doing:

• The Senior Strategic Sourcing Analyst will drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize supplier relationships while leveraging deep sourcing expertise.
• Responsibilities include managing $30 to $50 million commodity spend, developing sourcing strategies, and collaborating with key cross-functional teams.
• Lead negotiations and execute master supplier agreements
• Analysis of purchase volumes within category to drive supplier consolidation, cost reduction, product portfolio/supplier capability efficiency
• Manage quoting and negotiations
• Lead supplier selection process for both Global and Regional strategies on both current product and New Product Development components
• Mentor, coach, and train new Sourcing team members

• 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing

• Understand timeline development and cost structures
• BS in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
