ProLift Rigging is seeking a Senior Strategic Solutions Analyst to join our Strategic Analytics team. You will build value models, translate market insights into actionable plans, and elevate analytical rigor across the organization. Partner with leadership to turn complex questions into clear, evidence-based recommendations.

You will mentor peers, develop best practices for decision-support, and focus on prioritized strategic initiatives in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in strategy, business analysis, or research.
• Track record translating complex analysis into practical, executable recommendations.
• Experience building or contributing to value or ROI models; industrial, logistics, or infrastructure industry experience preferred.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and decisions with clear, evidence-based reasoning.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to executive leadership.
• Comfortable informally mentoring and elevating rigor across a broader analytics team without formal management authority.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Snowflake, or similar data aggregation/visualization platforms.

JOB SUMMARY

ProLift Rigging is seeking a strategic, analytically rigorous problem-solver to join our Strategic Analytics team. This role is responsible for building the financial and operational case behind our value proposition, translating market and growth recommendations into executable plans, and elevating analytical rigor and best practices across our broader Data Analytics function. The individual will partner closely with market intelligence and executive leadership to turn complex, ambiguous questions into clear, evidence-based recommendations. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, a bias toward creative and unconventional problem-solving, and the ability to translate strategic direction into practical execution.

Senior Strategic Solutions Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Value & Business Case Development

• Build dollar-denominated valuemodels that translate operational advantages — predictability, riskreduction, efficiency, service quality — into defensible financial terms.
• Establish a repeatable processand cadence for maintaining and refreshing value and opportunity modelsover time.

Market-to-Execution Bridge

• Partner with marketintelligence to translate growth and expansion recommendations intofeasible, executable plans.
• Evaluate go-to-marketrecommendations against real operational constraints — staffing,equipment, logistics, partnerships — before they become commitments.

Complex Problem Solving & Decision Support

• Own ambiguous, cross-functionalresearch questions that don't fit an existing analytical framework.
• Generate, test, and defendmultiple approaches to reach an evidence-based recommendation.
• Comfortably challenge existingprocesses and assumptions when the data supports a different path.

Executive Reporting & Value Engineering

• Contribute to executive-levelreporting with findings that are clear and defensible line by line.
• Identify where margin existsacross the business and what would move it.

Mentorship & Best Practices

• Provide informal mentorshipacross the broader Data Analytics team, helping elevate research rigor andanalytical discipline.
• Help establish and socializebest practices for structured problem-solving, evidence-basedrecommendations, and decision-support methodology.

Strategic Prioritization

Focuseffort on a ranked set of strategic initiatives set with leadership, ratherthan ad hoc requests.
