Job summary

Redbock - an NES Fircroft company is seeking a SAS programmer to support clinical studies and submissions. You will develop programs to create and validate CDISC SDTM/ADaM datasets, and generate tables, figures, and listings for analyses and publications.

The role requires advanced SAS programming skills, CDISC SDTM/ADaM experience, and strong communication. Experience with VBA, C++, Python is helpful for broader tooling. This is a project-based contract role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech (preferred) or related industry.
• Solid programming background and advanced SAS programming skills required.
• CDISC experience in SDTM/ADaM standards are required.
• Prior submission experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Programming skills or experiences with VBA, C++, Python, etc. are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide programming support to clinical studies and submissions.
• Develop and maintain programs to produce and/or validate CDISC compliant SDTM and ADaM analysis datasets, ad-hoc and exploratory analyses, as well as other relevant purposes, as needed.
• Develop and maintain programs to produce and/or validate tables, figures, and listings for ad-hoc and exploratory analyses for publications, as well as other relevant purposes, as needed.
• Create specifications for dataset generation in accordance with SDTM IG, ADaM IG and SAP.
• Develop, maintain, and understand SAS macros and other utility programs.
• Design, develop, and test solutions to meet complex business requirements.
• Work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• The ability to work on multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines with quality is crucial for project-based contract work.
