Senior SAS Programmer - CDISC SDTM/ADaM Expert

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and validate high-quality SAS programs for simple to moderate complexity tabulation dataset mapping, analysis datasets and table, figure, and listing (TFL) output.
• Meeting with project managers to determine needs.
• Use appropriate documentation and validation tools to create CDISC compliant tabulation and analysis datasets.
• Develop, maintain, and validate high-quality documentation for tabulation and analysis datasets where appropriate.
• Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
• Provide high quality, timely support that conforms to current company or client-specific standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes, as well as applicable regulatory requirements and/or guidelines on behalf of the client.
• Communicate effectively with Clients and Vendors where appropriate.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for End Users.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a SAS programmer for a full-service CRO
• Excellent application development skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related science discipline
• Experience in SAS Base, and good knowledge of SAS graph and SAS Macros
• Extensive knowledge in CDISC, SDTM and ADaM
• (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines
• Strong understanding of clinical trial data and extremely hands on in data manipulations, analysis and reporting of analysis results.
• Experience leading studies
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
