ZT Systems is hiring a Senior Staff MFG Test Software Developer in Secaucus, NJ. You will lead test software architecture for manufacturing hardware, create automated test suites, and mentor junior engineers while shaping technical direction.

You will own test systems across servers and rack infrastructure, collaborate with test and manufacturing teams, and drive modern automation and SDLC best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering/CS/IT experience or 5+ with a Master's degree.
• Expert in Python, Linux and Bash scripting.
• Experience with hardware validation, automation and test tools (IPMI, Redfish, FIO, Linpack, mprime, memtester).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (BGP, DHCP Relay, ECMP).
• Experience with VMware, PXE boot, NGINX and SDN tech.

## Sr Staff Test Software DeveloperApply: Secaucus, NJ: Full time: Posted Today: R-105297**About The Role**We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Staff MFG Test Software Developer to lead the design, development, and installation of advanced software solutions. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for translating complex user requirements, defining system functionality, and architecting code in various languages. You must possess a deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) from preliminary system analysis to testing and deployment. Ultimately, the role of the Senior Staff MFG Test Software Developer is to build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with strict coding standards and technical design, while also mentoring junior developers and driving the technical vision of the team.**What You Will Do*** **Test System Architecture & Development:** Lead the design and development of test systems and procedures for manufacturing processes. This includes architecting test plans, test cases, and test scripts to comprehensively assess the functionality and performance of hardware components or devices such as motherboard, memory, CPU, storage (SSD, HDD, NVMe) and PCIE devices (NIC, GPU, Mezz cards, RAID cards).* **Test Software Development:** Architect, validate, release, and maintain robust test software and scripts that automate the testing process.
