Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating with contract manufacturers (CMs) and ODMs.
  • Hands-on with material flow, component tracking, and BOM management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Coordinate material flow and track critical components to ensure timelines are met.
  • Track dependencies across cross-functional teams regarding hardware deliverables to avoid blockers.
  • Serve as the primary interface with external manufacturers, managing deliverables and technical alignments.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Staff Technical Program Manager, Hardware Systems to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will own integrated program execution across hardware systems initiatives, bringing structure to complex engineering efforts with overlapping timelines and shared resources. You will partner closely with engineering leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep critical deliverables moving. The position also serves as the primary interface with external manufacturing partners, helping ensure material readiness, component flow, and timely program delivery.

Location: Boston, MA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $203,000 – $243,000 annually
