You will be responsible for creating compelling technical content, creating new ways of demonstrating product capabilities and differentiation to key audience personas, and providing insights to shape product development and marketing strategies. • Create whitepapers and blogs for Cribl technology and solutions, as well as application notes and implementation guides to help drive our solutions in the market.
  • Contribute to marketing requirements, product specification, and product design reviews with Product Management and Engineering, providing valuable real-world, hands-on insight.
  • Develop and deliver technical assets on products, features, and technologies for internal and external use.
  • Act as a Technical Lead for Marketing at all tradeshow events, overseeing demos, presentations as well as the technical equipment required.
  • Create and maintain real-world technical environments consistent with the environments our customers use.
  • This position will likely require 40-50% travel to attend conferences, marketing events, etc.
  • This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
What You’ll Bring
  • A detailed understanding of advanced networking and system architecture concepts (Event-driven architecture experience a plus).
  • Experience and proficiency with containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Advanced experience with AWS and working knowledge of Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Advanced expertise in at least one of the following coding languages: Python, NodeJS, Go (Golang), or TypeScript.
  • Experience and proficiency with Javascript and Regex.
  • Experience with code versioning and CI/CD solutions from Github and Bitbucket.
  • Proficiency with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible or other config management tools.
  • Familiarity with commonly used Search languages such as Kusto, Splunk SPL, Elastic/Kibana/OpenSearch Query DSL.
  • Experience with metrics-driven products like Loki/Grafana or Datadog.
  • Experience with SIEM products like Splunk, CrowdStrike, Wiz, Sentinel One.
  • A self-driven attitude, thirst for learning, and ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • The ability to work in a high-stress environment at times with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide examples of previous work.
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
