Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or higher in a science/engineering field with 9+ years of experience.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics tools (e.g., JMP, SQL).
  • Experience in yield analysis, defect reduction, and process control.
  • Experience with semiconductor fabrication, process integration, or manufacturing debug.
  • Knowledge of fault isolation and design-for-test (DFT) techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process yield ownership, RCA, and corrective actions for yield excursions.
  • Establish real-time yield dashboards and actionable metrics.
  • Interface with substrate suppliers to drive process accountability and yield improvements.
