Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a senior software leader to design and architect complex, scalable full-stack systems while mentoring the engineering team and setting technical standards.

You will collaborate with product, design, data, and operations to drive architectural decisions, shipping high-availability services and scalable systems.

This role requires influencing roadmaps, mentoring engineers, and maintaining quality, security, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field and at least 10 years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails and senior/staff leadership required.
• Experience designing scalable full-stack systems and mentoring engineers.
