Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to design and validate mechanical assemblies for high-performance servers. You will create 3D-printed prototypes, coordinate manufacturing and field installation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements.

You will analyze issues, generate technical documents, and contribute to process, quality, and cost improvements in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of professional experience in mechanical and structural design.
• Familiarity with metals, alloys, and plastics.
• Experience designing for high-volume manufacturing (e.g., stamping, injection molding, sheet metal, die-cutting).
• Proficiency with Creo is highly preferred; experience with other 3D CAD systems will be considered.

About The Role
