The 3DIC System architect will be responsible for developing F2F and F2B 3D architecture and 3D disaggregation methodologies to optimize for performance, power, area and yield. This includes performing pathfinding, architecting, modeling, automation and documentation. The 3DIC System Architect will be working closely with data center system architects, packaging technology developers and SoC design teams. The role involves contributing to strategic technology development for data center SOCs.

Requirement

• MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with advanced technology nodes, 3.5D and 2.5D disaggregation methodologies.
• Proven experience in delivering high-performance SoC products to market, with a focus on optimizing performance, power, area and yield.
• Proficiency with Fusion Compiler, 3DIC Compiler, and Cadence Virtuoso.
• Strong design automation skills in Tcl, Perl, and Python.
• Familiar with PI/SI application analysis, thermal and reliability aspects of 3D design.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary range: $180,000 - $280,000 annually

Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
