Job summary

Position Summary:

The Test Engineer 4 position provides leadership and strategic direction for test engineering functions across major business divisions within our semiconductor company. This position develops and implements test strategies, governance frameworks, and operational models that ensure optimal product verification and validation. The role requires exceptional expertise in semiconductor test engineering, leadership skills, and business acumen to direct test operations while ensuring alignment with broader product and business objectives. The Test Engineer 4 serves as a senior advisor on complex test matters and leads transformational initiatives to enhance the organization’s test capabilities in support of semiconductor product excellence and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy and Governance (25%):
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test engineering strategies and governance frameworks aligned with business objectives
  • Establish test architectures, methodologies, and performance metrics
