One of our companies is currently looking for a Sr Staff Hardware DevOps Engineer in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of hardware and software infrastructure, supporting cutting-edge AI hardware development. As a Sr Staff Hardware DevOps Engineer, you'll play a critical role in optimizing and automating development environments across the full silicon lifecycle—from pre-silicon simulation to post-silicon validation. You'll work closely with both hardware and software engineering teams to deploy new platforms, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth hardware/software integration. The ideal candidate is experienced in systems architecture, infrastructure automation, and tooling, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in high-performance compute environments.

Accountabilities

• Deploy and integrate new hardware platforms into existing build and verification environments
• Collaborate with systems engineers on platform bring-up and delivery workflows
• Automate development infrastructure, including CI/CD pipelines, package management, and analytics
• Support hardware/software integration and system-level testing initiatives
• Contribute to the architecture and optimization of development environments
• Drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and developer productivity across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 7+ years of experience in hardware or software development, preferably with exposure to ASIC environments
• Proficiency in Python, Tcl, Make; experience with Bazel or Ninja is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, job scheduling tools (e.g., Slurm, LSF), and container frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Grafana) and database development
• Nix or Haskell experience is a strong advantage
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical teams
