The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing cutting-edge AI solutions, particularly in Generative AI or Agentic systems and natural language processing. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to spearhead our AI initiatives and drive innovation in our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing cutting-edge AI solutions, particularly in Generative AI or Agentic systems and natural language processing. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging AI technologies to solve complex problems and deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI models and algorithms, focusing on LLM, generative AI, and Agentic AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Research and apply the latest advancements in NLP, RAG, and machine learning techniques.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines using Neo4j.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Define best practices for AI development and ensure high-quality standards in AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and applications.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI technologies including GPT-3, DaVinci, Hugging Face
- Code Generation (Cursor) knowledge/experience
- Bonus points for: retrieval systems or vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Spark, and SQL.
- Bonus points: LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI
