**Job Description Summary**
Responsible for leading multiple Data and Analytics Platforms initiatives, serving as a project leader or internal consultant. Will handle highly complex software projects requiring deep domain knowledge or expertise in two or more specialized architecture areas.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Lead and coordinate technical and business discussions on future architecture across the product portfolio on the data consumption side.
- Drive comprehensive platform analytics to enhance observability and data lineage.
- Analyze current and future states to develop a cohesive architecture roadmap and implementation plan.
- Review and develop architectural requirements at the domain level within the product portfolio or team.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, industry, and market trends to support project development and operational support.
- Define and monitor BI and analytics KPIs related to platform adoption, customer experience, and performance.
- Implement MLOps best practices for deployment and monitoring of AI/ML models.
- Establish end-to-end observability for data consumption services (BI & Advanced analytics).
- Shape the architecture vision for data consumption services and act as the single point for AMS services in this domain.
- Develop holistic EVM strategies and oversee their implementation.
- Establish governance practices in architecture, including GitOps & CI/CD.
- Contribute to platform development with reusable components to enhance customer experience and platform adoption.
- Lead architecture design and implementation across teams utilizing tools like Dataiku, Spotfire, and Starfish.
- Initiate and lead POCs in BI & Analytics with new tools such as Power BI.
- Leverage AWS services across platforms to improve offerings and foster synergy.
**Technical Skills**
- Extensive experience with BI and Analytics platforms like Spotfire, Data Virtualization (TDV), and Dataiku.
- Strong background in software engineering and WebApps.
- Proficiency in Windows & Linux environments.
- Deep knowledge of data lake concepts, SQL, Python, AWS (especially EKS, S3), Spark, and distributed processing.
- Experience automating manual processes, data architecture, and data engineering.
- Knowledge of data science concepts, data visualization, and IT process automation.
- Ability to teach complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and engage users effectively.
**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of professional experience, or an Associate’s with 8 years, or a High School Diploma with 10 years of experience.
- Minimum 5 years in BI/ML and software engineering, including AWS experience.
**Eligibility & Other Details**
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; sponsorship is not available.
- Additional characteristics include enterprise-level consultation skills, solution development, operational stability, and leadership qualities.
- Salary range: $127,900 - $213,200 annually, with potential bonuses.
