Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a self-motivated professional to provide operational support within Stock Plan Services. You will work on client-specific requests, handle outbound calls, and contribute to projects aligned with SPS objectives while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Required: FINRA Series 7/63 and at least 2 years in brokerage services, with preferences for Series 9/10 and SPS experience. This role offers on-site work and a strong benefits package.

Stock Plan Services is looking for a self‑motivated individual to provide operational support to different SPS Teams within the business. This individual will be responsible for various functions which could include Cashiering, MyQ processing and Settlement Reconciliation. This person will work closely with other internal members of SPS group to ensure that service level agreements are being maintained. They will be responsible for high quality of work while adhering to compliance standards in an ever‑changing business environment.

What you’ll do:

• Researching and problem solving on client specific requests using multiple systems
• Client contact consisting of outbound calls
• Opportunities to support projects that align to departmental and SPS objectives
• Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of own work within established time frames

What you have

Required Qualifications:

• Active FINRA Series 7/63 required
• At least 2 years of brokerage services experience with a preference towards operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• FINRA Series 9/10 preferred
• SPS platform experience is preferred.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with high level of integrity
• Superior follow‑up, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to identify and solve complex issues in a team environment working with various levels of management and business partners
• Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to complete projects
