Job summary

Magna Powertrain is seeking a Senior Specialist Solution Architect to design, refine, and govern architectures across the IT landscape. You will work with business, IT, and OT stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, future readiness, and secure integration of IoT-based solutions in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT, strong communication, and experience in architecture disciplines, with ITIL or similar certifications considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in IT, ideally automotive/manufacturing.
• Experience in solution/enterprise architecture, business analysis, or software engineering.
• Knowledge of IoT architectures and hybrid IT landscapes (on‑premises, edge, cloud).
• Certifications in IT architecture or IT service management are an advantage.
