What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex instructions
  • Proven ability to lead agile teams in fast-paced environments and foster team cohesion
  • Deep understanding of agile software development values, principles, and practices
  • Solid knowledge of at least two agile practices such as User Stories, Continuous Integration, or DevOps
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Active certification in at least two of the following: Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II), Certified Scrum Professional - SM (CSP-SM), Certified Team Coach (CTC), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner), or ICP-ATF (ICAgile Team Facilitator)
