About the Job:

The Sr. Analyst, Restaurant Experience Innovation will be responsible for supporting the business strategy for Global Operations. This role will help drive and execute highly visible initiatives to elevate the restaurant experience for both customers and team members across the system (7,500+ restaurants).

They will work cross-functionally on internal marketing campaigns to foster engagement and ensuremessaging is consistent across all channels. The Sr. Analyst will have a proven track record of strong project management skills, deck writing and creative pitch work, while working collaboratively and efficiently.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Support the design, pilot, test, and scaling of innovative operational and service initiatives to meet KPIs and deliver impactful outcomes on long-term business goals and objectives.
  • Fuel restaurant team engagement through activating and monitoring programs and platforms aimed to amplify the recognition and celebration of individual, team, and business results.
  • Lead the national uniform strategy. Collaborate with internal and vendor partners on uniform design to ensure operational compliance and proper brand representation. Support the tracking and monitoring of inventory management.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to design internal marketing elements and clear and effective communications to support seamless integration of new tactics and initiatives through system-wide cascade planning.
  • Ensure projects are restaurant-ready for operational execution by working side-by-side with project teams to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback leveraging data to provide actionable insights and innovative solutions that balance operational and business needs.
  • Design and enhance processes and procedures to drive real change and effectiveness in the organization, ensuring they enable World Class Operations and confidently present operational learnings and recommendations to Senior Leadership, Franchisees, and Above Restaurant field teams with clarity and ease.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent on-the-job experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
  • Restaurant industry experience preferred (in-restaurant or corporate)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva is preferred
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently and able to readily adapt to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • The ability to innovate by leveraging digital platforms to create impactful and engaging content to drive system engagement; Innovative and intuitive thinker who excels in thinking creatively and can boldly re-imagine existing processes
  • Strong communicator who shows a proactive attitude in seeking feedback and guidance.
