As a Sr. Specialist OSP Design Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing or analyzing network components, infrastructure, and architecture to support and execute against strategic technology goals, including both Wireline and Wireless components. Provides short- and long-term planning for access network technologies, including analysis, solution recommendations, and the implementation of said strategy. Demonstrates an intermediate to advanced knowledge of the engineering position, design tools and databases. Works independently, can complete most types of engineering projects, and can resolve complex problems. Demonstrates leadership skills and has the ability to mentor peers and new hires.
