Position Purpose

Leads in-house and agency-led marketing program management and execution. Responsible for building internal and external materials and presentations, monitoring and reporting on campaign activity, and collaborating with internal and agency teams on program logistics and details.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop Marketing Campaigns (50%) - Partner with supervisor to develop strategic marketing campaigns and events; support planning, implementation, and execution; contribute ideas and strategies; develop marketing recommendations, POVs, campaign materials, and communications with minimal oversight; maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to align on business priorities and secure approvals.
  2. Reporting (20%) - Manage campaign measurement tools; work with agency partners and analytics teams to collect, compile, and analyze campaign data; make insights-based recommendations and optimizations.
  3. Trending Subject Matter Expert (10%) - Research and stay current on new vendors, channels, and content; identify new partners and campaign opportunities; conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to inform leadership.
  4. Vendor Relationships (20%) - Manage external partners, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely, strategic, and budget-compliant execution.
