Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to translate business objectives into secure, scalable technology solutions. As the lead architect for the Commercial Loan Servicing Transformation, you will guide solution design across product, delivery, and engineering teams from concept to implementation.

You will leverage enterprise patterns, govern architectures, and partner with business and architecture groups to deliver integration-rich solutions, with significant Salesforce focus.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product to understand business goals, determine impacts, apply enterprise patterns, create the architecture for the integrations, review and obtain buy-in from impacted teams, complete governance.
• Identify and address architecture risks, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints related to scope, schedule, resources, technology, and delivery.
• Escalate material trade-offs and recommend practical mitigation options to Product and Delivery leadership.
• Define Architecture Strategy to support business segment goals by developing road maps in partnership with Business Architecture.
• Assist business areas to enhance their business processes using technology (ex. automate manual processes).
• Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve.
• Mentoring – helping to build and support our architecture community.
• Update and create standards and patterns for the organization.
• Promote and refine enterprise technology principles, architecture strategies, and governance practices.
• Document all solution architecture design and analysis work.

As the lead solution architect for the Commercial Loan Servicing Transformation, this role works alongside Product and Delivery leaders as part of the core team. The architect leads solution design across project teams, applies enterprise standards and reusable patterns, and partners with business, product, engineering, and architecture teams to guide solutions from concept through implementation.

Skills and Requirements

Banking or commercial banking background.Hands on Salesforce or AI coding6+ years of Solution Architecting experiencePrior experience guiding solutions from concept through implementationSalesforce knowledge required of major functional and architectural componentsgeneral understanding to aid in high-level solution discussions, not required to be hands-onSalesforce major functionsClouds (ex. Sales, Service, Agentforce)Platform/Data components (ex. Customer 360, Data 360)Development tools (ex. Apex, Lightning Web Components)Core Data Objects (standard vs custom objects)Experience with AI Solutions – evaluating and incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise solutions, including consideration of data, security, governance, risk, and operational controlsUnderstanding of best practices and solutionsExperience designing solutions across cloud and SaaS platformsFamiliarity with Google Cloud Platform, and AWS is preferred
