Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for a Sr. Solutions Analyst, SAP OTC who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive business transformation, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, shape strategic roadmaps, and work with cutting-edge SAP solutions through close partnership with business process owners and leaders within technology. The Sr. Solutions Analyst, SAP OTC has a deep understanding of all aspects of the order to cash process, including product availability, order entry and order book management, outbound logistics, billing, and the touchpoints between OTC and other functional areas like master data, finance, planning, and procurement. You’ll gain hands-on experience with global systems, influence enterprise-wide processes, and grow your leadership and technical skills.

Your Impact

As a Sr. Solutions Analyst, you will:

  • Design and Implement Solutions: Collaborate with domain architects to translate strategic goals into executable SAP OTC solutions. Lead and support projects from design through delivery.

  • Drive Business Value: Evaluate business requirements, develop business cases, and estimate effort for enhancements and projects.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and IT peers to ensure cohesive and scalable solutions.

  • Provide Expert Support: Lead resolution of complex system issues, mentor junior analysts, and ensure application stability.

  • Research and Innovate: Stay current on emerging technologies and assess their potential to enhance Under Armour’s OTC processes.

  • Low-Code Development: Assist in the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions using leading low-code platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, SAP BPA, SAP BTP). Establish and enforce best practices for low-code development, including version control, testing, and deployment pipelines. Leverage API-based interfaces to integrate low-code solutions with existing systems and AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 4–7 years as a solutions analyst with leadership in projects and complex enhancements.

  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP OTC; experience with SAP AFS, FMS, or S/4 Fashion is strongly preferred.

  • Hands on experience across multiple full life-cycle large project implementations, such as an OMS, ERP, retail, and/or ecommerce solution is required

Certifications:

  • ITIL certification is a plus.

  • SAP certification is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong consumer-centric focus with proven customer service or client management experience

  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in identifying process gaps and translating them into technical solutions.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Base Compensation

$91,151.20 - $125,332.90 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
