What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish a strong market presence as a representative of the employer with current and prospective clients
- Lead or participate in client meetings, effectively presenting the employer's value proposition
- Drive sales activity to build a pipeline, proposals, and contract activity to meet personal sales targets
- Manage an organized sales process, delivering regular updates on market development strategies and pipeline status
- Collaborate with internal partners across the employer's business units to identify qualified opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the healthcare industry
- Proven ability to build solid, trusting relationships with C-Suite executives and leadership teams
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and metrics
- Willingness or ability to travel 50% of the time based on business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with large Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) in the provider space
- Experience in the payer market and building relationships with payer entities
- Understanding of channel partner relationships and effective structuring of such partnerships
