Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) has an excellent opportunity for a Connected Buildings Sr Software Solutions Sales Representative - Direct. The position reports to the Connected Buildings Software Sales Leader. In this role, you will support Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) in meeting and exceeding annual orders and revenue plans for existing and new Connected Services, Software as a Service (SaaS) Forge PdM, and CEM solutions sold through the HBS regions as assigned in the AOP. You will focus on North America customer acquisition strategies, tactics, and processes, leveraging Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE) Connected Buildings software solutions.
You will report to a Senior Sales Manager and work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, deploy, track, and forecast the execution of the Connected Services AOP for new licensing agreements of HCE’s Connected Services Portfolio and future solutions in the assigned national territory for new and existing HBS customers.
  2. Achieve the assigned Annual Operating Plan (AOP) orders while following established pricing guidelines.
  3. Identify and communicate the strengths and weaknesses of the Connected Buildings (CB) Software value propositions, making adjustments based on market intelligence and working closely with marketing, technology, and HBS Channel Partner teams.
  4. Manage real-time Sales MOS between HCE CB and HBS, including reporting, analysis, forecasting, and resource requests/allocations, utilizing source data (SFDC, SAP, etc.) for reporting to your manager.
  5. Be willing to travel approximately 25% throughout the assigned territory.

The annual base salary range varies by location, generally between $110,000 - $135,000, depending on the region and market factors.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • At least 3 years of experience in Building Controls, Services, or related B2B industries in commercial and institutional buildings.
  • At least 3 years of SaaS sales experience and/or 5 years of HBS service experience.
