The Sr. Software Quality Operations Engineer drives end-to-end software quality operations across vehicle programs. This role ensures timely issue resolution, effective cross-functional coordination, executive visibility, and continuous improvement of software quality performance throughout the software development and release lifecycle.
The successful candidate will serve as a central point of coordination for software quality activities, leading issue triage, quality governance, risk reporting, and release‑readiness tracking. This role requires strong knowledge of software development and validation processes, disciplined program execution, and the ability to influence teams across Engineering, Validation, Program Management, Product Quality, Service, Manufacturing, and Functional Safety.
Ability to read , write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to perform the essential duties of the position, including understanding work instructions, safety procedures, and job‑related communications.
The compensation range for this position will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and business needs.
