Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering innovative software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for technology and a proven track record in team leadership and project management. The ideal candidate will drive the engineering vision, mentor team members, and ensure the successful execution of projects using best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with our R&D team and Product Manager to innovate and prototype a cutting-edge MVP for real-time mining site modeling.
• Ensure seamless communication between front-end and back-end by building and integrating robust data pipelines, enabling instant analytics and visualizations.
• Swiftly deliver new features, gather stakeholder feedback, and rapidly iterate to refine the user experience, making it smooth and intuitive.
• Maintain a high-quality, resilient codebase, optimizing and scaling it by anticipating growth, preparing for scaling, and applying best practices in testing, monitoring, and performance.
