SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer for Starlink Enterprise Products (Space Lasers) in Redmond, WA. You will own software for bring-up and operation of Starlink products including Plaser, Community Gateway, and Starlink Aviation.
You will work across embedded, backend, and UI layers with a focus on reliability and scalability. Qualifications include a BS in CS/engineering/science and 5+ years in software development; experience with embedded systems and Linux networking is preferred.

As a Sr. Software Engineer Of The Enterprise Products Software Team, You'll Own Software For Bring-up And Operation Of New Starlink Products Including
You'll drive features at different layers of the stack, including embedded applications, backend systems, and user interfaces. Prior aerospace experience is not a requirement to be successful here - we're looking for ambitious engineers who thrive when they're diving deep on challenging, interdisciplinary problems.
Our software engineers are responsible for the complete lifecycle of the software they create, including development, testing, and support. We expect our engineers to close the feedback loop between software design and real-world performance. In this role, your software will have a meaningful and measurable impact on the world.
Pay Range:
Level 3: $165,000.00 - $270,000.00
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
