The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$375,000 plus bonus eligibility and other elements of our total rewards package. The range represents the amount BNSF | Tech reasonably expects to pay based on the role's level, scope, and responsibilities. Compensation is determined by location, experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, BNSF offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Role: SAP Full-stack Solutions Engineer

• Assist in creating and maintaining scalable SAP systems.
• Support architecture and prototyping of SAP landscapes to meet evolving needs.
• Contribute to transitions towards S/4HANA and SAP innovations.
• Develop in-house solutions under guidance.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior staff.
• Participate in design and configuration reviews.
• Ensure SAP application performance and quality.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
• Implement testing processes.
• Collaborate on new feature development.
• Maintain documentation.
• Stay updated on SAP trends.
• Engage in cross-functional problem-solving and innovation.

Basic Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years SAP techno-functional experience, especially with S/4HANA.
• Expertise in SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.
• Experience with SAP ABAP, Java, HANA/AMDP coding.
• Proficiency with SAP testing tools.
• Knowledge of SAP technical components and cloud solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in transportation or supply chain industries is preferred.
