For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer - Sensor, macOS (Hybrid) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on designing and developing software for macOS systems with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and high-concurrency operation. You will own features from initial design through delivery, partner closely with distributed cross-functional teams, and help resolve customer-reported issues with speed and precision. The position also offers opportunities to contribute to additional initiatives that support the broader software platform.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software for macOS systems
• Own features from initial design through to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various locations
• Troubleshoot customer-reported product issues responsively
• Engage in additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software development, particularly in C/C++ and Swift
• Proven ability to develop high-quality code under high concurrency and reliability requirements
• Experience with low-level operating characteristics such as memory usage and performance
• Demonstrated teamwork in shipping major features and releases
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in distributed teams
• Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance workflows and decision-making
