Role Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, SOQL/SOSL, RESTful services, LWCs, and Aura.
  • Implement Salesforce architecture and development strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product managers to develop automation rules, engagement programs, and Pardot/MCAE functionalities.
  • Translate user requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and documentation.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce trends and technologies.
  • Conduct technical reviews and oversee continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Pardot APIs, Salesforce APIs, RESTful APIs, HTML, CSS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with high-performing Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Certifications, and integrations.
  • Experience with Java/Python, SQL, AWS/Azure, Web development frameworks.
