You will set standards, steer technical choices, and drive delivery while mentoring engineers and partnering with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related STEM field or equivalent education or work experience.
• Six+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with distributed systems, AWS, AI applications, and system-of-record modernization.

Job description

Lead the design, engineering, and modernization of the producer management platform, including producer data, licensing, appointments, onboarding, integrations, and AI-powered capabilities. Set engineering standards and guide technical decisions, delivery, and team adoption of AI while collaborating with business partners and mentoring engineers.

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related STEM field, or equivalent education or work experience is required, along with six additional years of software engineering experience. The ideal candidate has experience with distributed systems, AWS, AI applications, system-of-record modernization, mainframe integrations, and technical leadership across teams.
