Job summary

Uber Eats platform is seeking a technically hands-on leader to guide a team building merchant sales, onboarding, and early success on the Uber Eats marketplace. You will co-own engineering strategy and set architectural direction, delivering scalable services and merchant-facing features across the software lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Requires at least five years of experience with web technologies, application servers, and web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with frontend frameworks.
• Experience with server-side JavaScript technologies such as Node.js, React Query, or GraphQL.
• Strong communication and design-documentation skills.
• Preferred: advanced React expertise, UX familiarity, web performance and accessibility knowledge, and experience with complex projects or additional languages such as Go or Java.
