Visionaire Partners seeks a Senior Software Engineer to drive modernization and support across field technology systems in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining Ignition-based applications, dashboards, and integrations, while troubleshooting and delivering reliable backend services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development or application support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ignition by Inductive Automation.
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as C#.
• Experience developing or supporting WEB APIs and system integrations.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Senior Software Engineer

Partner with business teams, vendors, and technical resources to deliver enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing modernization efforts across field applications and operational technology systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, maintain, and support Field Technology applications and integrations.
• Configure, develop, and support Ignition applications, dashboards, and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and integration issues.
• Develop and maintain APIs, services, and backend processes.

This is a 6-month contract position. This role is onsite, Monday - Friday in Alpharetta.
