JOB SUMMARY:

As a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer (SEIII), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and services for internal and external client-facing systems. The role challenges the incumbent to execute efficient and creative processes and standards that deliver high-quality results while adhering to departmental and corporate standards.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Research, construct, develop, and test complex computer application software or systems.
2. Analyze users' needs and design software solutions accordingly.
3. Maintain complex computer applications, software, and systems.
4. Evaluate new and existing software to adapt to new hardware, upgrade interfaces, and improve performance; identify suitable hardware systems and components.
5. Perform technical reviews of requirements, analyze source data, and provide gap analysis.
6. Coordinate cross-functional projects and interact with various organizational areas to achieve timely results.
7. Consult with customers on project status and advise on technical issues.
8. Take ownership of product quality and releases, including documentation, evidence collection, test case creation, test closure reports, regression testing, and monitoring CI/CD pipelines.
9. Share knowledge of features and automation with the team as needed.
10. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
12. Demonstrate commitment to the company's core values.
