Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in distributed systems to join our team. You’ll work across a modern stack that includes React, gRPC, GraphQL, Postgres, Kafka, and Nest.js to power user-facing features and workflows.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and evolve APIs and services that are scalable, secure, and resilient
  • Collaborate closely with your teammates to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Contribute to system architecture and technical planning
  • Ensure quality through testing, documentation, and operational best practices
  • Support and mentor fellow engineers as we grow the team

Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience building production-ready systems
  • Expertise in React, Node.js, TypeScript, Nest.js, and API/service development
  • Experience with distributed systems and data modeling
  • Enjoys working across the stack to deliver impactful features
  • Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Bonus Points for

  • Experience working in healthcare
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI
  • Previous work in a startup or fast-paced product environment

SALARY: $160,000 - $190,000

Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
