Job summary

NRC Health seeks a Sr. Software Engineer in Lincoln, Nebraska to design, build, and enhance customer-facing product functionality within our healthcare platform. You will own the software and services you build, prioritizing reliability and scalability to deliver impactful outcomes.

Work in a cloud-native environment leveraging Kubernetes, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code, with CI/CD automation and AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery and improve the developer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience building modern cloud-native engineering platforms for healthcare or enterprise apps.
• Experience developing customer-facing software while continuously improving the platform that powers it.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and AI-assisted software development.
