Snap Finance is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple engineering teams and help shape architectural direction for critical business systems. You will partner with senior leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions and mentor senior engineers.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming skills in modern languages.
• Understanding of software development methodologies.
• Experience with Git and development tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Position Overview

The Sr. Software Engineer role is a engineering position focused on providing technical leadership across multiple engineering teams while shaping architectural direction for critical business systems. This role partners with senior leadership to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions, drive engineering strategy, mentor senior engineers, and influence technology decisions across the organization.

How you'll make an impact:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and improve engineering quality
• Support cloud-based and web applications
• Follow secure coding and engineering best practices

What you'll need to succeed:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
