Job summary

Concentrix in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join our hybrid team, with 2–3 days in the office.

You will design, develop, and maintain AEM-based solutions, focusing on front-end development using AlpineJS and modern JavaScript/Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, product, and business stakeholders, participate in SDLC, apply Agile and TDD, and help resolve production incidents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in software development and/or testing.
  • Strong programming knowledge in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Experience with front-end development and modern JavaScript frameworks, including AlpineJS.
  • Desired developing or supporting AEM-based solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with BitBucket/Git or other version control systems.
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC and software quality practices within Agile environments.
  • Experience applying test discipline, including TDD, in day-to-day development.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt in an Agile environment with changing requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills in production environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for learning new tools and technologies and applying them effectively in a team environment.

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment with evolving requirements and feature sets.
  • Participate in code versioning, collaboration, and release processes using BitBucket/Git.
  • Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices to improve engineering outcomes.

Overview

Title: Sr. Software Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA - Hybrid role (3-4 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid work model, with an expectation to work from the office 2–3 days per week. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, customization, and maintenance of AEM-based solutions, with a strong emphasis on front-end development and modern frameworks such as AlpineJS. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business goals and client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position is $92,250 - $100,800 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
