About The Role

This role supports contracts with the U.S. Federal Government, requiring all personnel to be U.S. citizens due to security mandates.

• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain automation infrastructure for configuration management and service deployment.
• Enhance operational efficiency through automation.
• Create platforms for application developers to interact with production in a self-service manner.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with peers and partners.
• Respond to production monitoring issues, triage, fix, and resolve incidents, and improve systems.
• Participate in a culture of learning through hackathons, courses, and interest groups.
• Infrequently participate in an on-call rotation.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• 8+ years in software development with proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or similar.
• 3+ years using configuration management tools like Chef, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes in cloud environments.

Other Qualifications

• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, SDLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Linux OS and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, Golang.
• Deep knowledge of public cloud networking.
• Experience managing source code management tools.
• Automation mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for technology and research on new tools and techniques.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with diverse, remote teams.
• Optional certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Admin, GitHub, Bitbucket).

Workday Pay Transparency

Base salary ranges vary by location, experience, and skills. The role may include bonuses, stock grants, and other benefits. Details are shared during hiring.

Base Pay Range: $161,300 - $241,900 USD

Additional US Locations: $145,900 - $259,200 USD

Flexible Work Approach

We offer a hybrid model, requiring at least 50% in-office or client-facing work each quarter, allowing flexibility for personal and team needs.
