Key job responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of key system features that support LLM based experiences.
2. Collaborate with other team members to align on design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility.
3. Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software.
4. Establish architectural principles, select design patterns, and mentor team members on their appropriate application.
5. Deep dive into the end-to-end system architecture and drive long-term alignment with partner teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience in designing or architecting systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
