Primary Responsibilities (Daily/Weekly):

Collaborate with product and team members on ideation, planning, and executing the roadmap to achieve set goals.

Since the team operates remotely, candidates should be able to think and execute independently and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Projects or Initiatives:

• Sports taxonomy-based content enrichments
• AI initiatives around Fantasy products
• Content and data personalization

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of Python development experience, including building/supporting user-facing web products (more for IC4 role)
• At least 4+ years of experience with server-side API programming focused on scalable, high-performance web services (more for IC4 role)
• Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS infrastructure
• Commitment to well-designed, well-documented code
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Self-motivated, organized team player with excellent communication skills
• Exposure to AI, with experience or expertise in AI development being a strong plus

Preferred Background:

• Experience in building and scaling web products
• Experience using AI for development and problem-solving

Interview Process:

3 rounds: one with the hiring manager (technical and behavioral), two technical rounds with developers.

Location and Remote Work:

US-based with remote options; candidates should be able to overlap working hours between 9 am PT - 2:30/3 pm PT. No travel required.
