Delphi-US, LLC - Peacemakers in the Talent War is seeking a Senior Snowflake Data Engineer to design and optimize BI solutions for finance, leveraging Snowflake, Power BI and SQL to support investment, risk, and performance analytics.

You will develop dashboards and semantic models, implement data quality controls, and collaborate with investment, risk and operations teams to translate complex requirements into scalable analytics. Requirements: 7+ years BI, 5+ years Power BI in production.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise BI or analytics development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience in production environments.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI semantic modeling, DAX, Power BI Service, security, refresh strategies, and performance optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills with significant Snowflake experience.
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, including fact tables, dimensions, hierarchies, and slowly changing dimensions.

Responsibilities

Sr. Snowflake Data Engineer | Location: Remote | Contract | Hourly Pay Range $60-$70

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics, specializing in Snowflake, Power BI, SQL, and investment management data. The ideal candidate will design and optimize scalable analytical solutions supporting investment, risk, performance, and operational functions within a financial environment.

• Proven ability to work with large, complex financial datasets and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automated testing, data reconciliation, data quality controls, source control, and CI/CD.
• Microsoft PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification.
• Investment industry certifications such as CFA or CAIA.
