The candidate will mentor juniors, evolve PaaS, and ensure security-focused reliability across Linux/Windows environments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in infrastructure/ops, experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS, and holds a Computer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.
  • 5+ years of infrastructure and operations experience in design, implementation, disaster recovery, and security architecture.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum; experience in software development required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and engineer infrastructure environment & platform to solve current challenges and future opportunities.
  • Provide forward-thinking on technology with emphasis on automating infrastructure and technology solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Evolve PaaS implementations, work with vendor solutions and cloud services.
  • Build relationships with technical staff to support infrastructure initiatives and roadmap execution.
  • Participate in monitoring, troubleshooting and RCA for security and infrastructure events.
  • Stay current on IaS best practices, security requirements, and IT strategy.
  • Collaborate with security on architecture design and tools.
  • Travel when needed (up to 10%).

This role will have demonstrated software development skills, and experience in a cloud environment with both Linux and Windows system expertise. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
