The Sr. Sharepoint Developer role functions as a technical lead overseeing the development and support of the enterprise Sharepoint environment. The Software Architect must be technically-inclined, a great problem-solver, and possess excellent interpersonal relationship skills. Wonderful leader and is extremely reliable. They should also work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Experience in implementing both packaged and custom solutions as well as implementing enhancements/projects by means of analysis, requirements gathering, functional design specification, impact analysis, testing, training and documentation is required.
