Job Description:

• Experience implementing ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience in Cataloguing.

• Experience in any one of the following would be a plus: Sec Ops, GRC, PA, ITBM, ITOM.
• Coordinate system upgrades to latest version of ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator would be a plus.
