We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role requires collaborating with various departments to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. Candidates must hold a Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow and have experience in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and Asset Management.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark

• Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Collaborate with departments to understand requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve production problems related to ServiceNow.
• Review code, ensure quality standards, and guide the development team.
• Manage development projects, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features, proposing enhancements and upgrades.
• Coach and mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain ServiceNow modules to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Implement and manage ITOM processes like event management, discovery, and service mapping.
• Optimize asset management processes within ServiceNow.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed

• Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in ServiceNow platform development, scripting, and architecture.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design best practices.
• Leadership and mentoring experience, with project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
